Great staff. Since new owner took over a few months back it has improved so much. Always great deals on fruit and veg if you keep your eyes open.

Fantastically priced weekly specials, and very competitive regularly priced products. Best Meat specials ever! Easy to find store produce layout. Extended opening hours. Friendly, helpful and professional staff.

Ok. This place needs to reconsider staffing. Trying extremely hard not to stereotype but unfortunately there is one underpinning factor to unsatisfactory staff conduct. Most negative experiences at this store was due to poor customer service, spurred on by severe overcharging at the counter. Foodies beware, know your fruit and veg prices before you check out. So many times my family and I have been overcharged at the checkout. When confronting staff about the issue, most never leave their post to double check pricings (staff in this instance are always young and attempt to place blame on customers legitimacy when price checking, or confronted with price issues) So either you leave by overpaying and not knowing or you the customer leaves to check the right price - last time I checked this was not my job? I don't get paid to rectify someone else's mistake- a staff members mistake. ??. BUCKET PRICES are being charged as FULL fruit and veg price not advertised discounted rates. Today I was grossly overcharged $11 dollars. Had I not checked my receipt, or asked for a receipt I would not have known. When confronting the staff member in regards to this gross oversight, the initial service agent blatantly asked had I paid for the items? Fully disregarding what was relayed to her by the security guard. Without having time to answer another staff member came along and asked are these being returned?? By now a third staff member arrived (the initial clerk who overcharged me) without time to answer. I clarified I didn't want to return my items, just a refund of the difference, As I was grossly overcharged. All two members spoke (accepting the involved party) finally explaining the process of the recharge. I received no apology and the staff member who was involved did not admit to his wrongdoing (up until then *she was being blamed - two female staff kept referring to a girl as having made the mistake) until I clarified - No that it was the guy that was standing next to them who made the gross error. In response, Basically all I received was - how did I miss that?? That's why I'm trying to fix it??? At three stages of this process all except the security guard knew what was going on. When I tried to explain (the staff x3/ 2 female and 1 male, all under 20 - cut me off and wouldn't listen to what in fact the actual issue was). In the time span of two wks on two separate occasions I was overcharged and the first time they got away with it. Because by that time I had gone home. Ok guys whom ever is the managing director of this place - whose focus is on the hiring and training of staff. Change your managing/training/hiring staff - purely incompetent and do not know how to adequately train staff. Pls hire those experienced in all areas of customer service. Staff who accept responsibility for their wrong doings and are respectful towards customers needs. Regardless of the rush periods- if the store is busy have a runner on stand by. Especially when faced with price discrepancies. Take note management. Fix your staffing/ management URGENTLY!!!!
